Cell phone and email

Just to let you all know....first as I noted earlier we are having a tough time accessing earthlink. Please use pbnolan1@yahoo.com for our email for now.

Also we purchased a cell phone. It is a Beijing number so to call it or text message it you probably need a city and country code but I am not sure what they are - if someone knows perhaps they can add a comment to this note. The number is 13683305831. I think maybe the city code is 010 and the country code is 86...so maybe is it 86 and then 10 but I am not sure about that.
