So I am sitting back in our living room in Wakefield once again. The cats are asleep on the back of the couch and seem to be happy to have me around. Tom is still in Bermuda swimming around in caves. He will be back in Boston on Sunday, having extended his stay a few days. He is excited about working with some of the scientists that are on the island at this time.

I arrived to a chilly Boston after prior days in the 90s. I am sure it will get hot again soon. I have started to try to put some thoughts about our last several weeks on paper but also have to finish going through the mail and unpacking over the next several days.

There seem to be many possibilities available to us and lots of friends in various locations that would like us around - that's very nice! I have started to study opportunities in the philanthropic sector - if you have any ideas or contacts in this area please send them on.

We'll have many challenges in the next several months I am sure. For now I am thankful for the memories of baseball games with my niece and nephew in Bermuda, burying three of younger family members in the sand at Coral Beach, hanging out with brother Malcolm in West Palm, movie going with my mother-in-law, catching up with a friend that I worked with in NY in Miami, seeing cousins in Boca Raton, finding an old friend in Delray Beach, long walks with a good friend in Bermuda, a 4th birthday party in St. David's......and so many more special times - we are truly blessed by the friends and family that we have in so many places.
